Quick Start for Candidates

Open the link your institution shared with you and you're a few clicks from your Application Timeline.

Your institution shares a link to a specific campaign — typically by email, on their website, or in promotional material. Click it. The link routes you to the campaign's public landing page; it must include a ?org=... parameter for the campaign to load.

Step 2: Create or sign in

If you're not signed in, you'll be redirected to the sign-in page. Choose how you want to authenticate:

  • Email — enter your address and verify with a one-time code
  • Google, Microsoft, or Apple — sign in with an existing account

After authentication, complete the short profile (name, country) the first time. Accept the terms and you're back on the campaign landing page, signed in.

Step 3: Start the application

On the campaign landing page, read the description and requirements, then click Start Application at the bottom. Your new application is created and you land on the Application Timeline with the first stage unlocked.

Step 4: Work through stages

The timeline shows every stage in order. Stages unlock one at a time — finish the active one to unlock the next. Common stage types:

  • Form — open the form, answer the questions, submit
  • Payment — pay the application fee by card or bank transfer
  • Interview — book a slot on the calendar; attend on the day

A Progress Overview card on the right shows your completion percentage at a glance.

Step 5: Track progress

Open the Dashboard any time to see all your applications, upcoming interviews, and any Pending Actions (e.g. a form sent back for revision). Status badges:

  • In Progress — stages are still open
  • Submitted — you've sent everything in
  • Under Review — the admissions team is reviewing
  • Accepted / Rejected / Waitlisted — a decision has been made

You'll get an email or WhatsApp notification each time your status changes.

Tips for a successful application

  • Start early — don't wait until the deadline
  • Prepare documents in advance — keep CVs, transcripts, and ID scans handy
  • Respond to revisions promptly — flagged forms block the next stage until you fix them
  • Check your email and WhatsApp — important updates arrive there
  • Contact admissions directly — use the Need Help? card on your application portal
