Your Dashboard
TL;DR — The Dashboard is your home base. It shows every application you've started, your upcoming interviews, and any actions waiting on you (like a form sent back for revision). Click any application row to jump straight back into your Application Timeline and continue where you left off.
Before you start
- You must be signed in as a candidate.
- The dashboard only shows applications and interviews at your active organization. If you applied to a different institution, switch organizations from the org picker at the top of the sidebar.
Open your dashboard
From the sidebar, click Dashboard (under the Overview section). The page is also the default view when you sign in.
The layout is a single scrollable page in this order:
- Four stat cards at the top
- My Applications — every application you've started
- Upcoming Interviews and Pending Actions side by side at the bottom
Stat cards
Four counters across the top summarize your activity at this organization:
| Card | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Total Applications | Every application you've ever started here, regardless of status |
| In Progress | Applications where at least one stage is still open or under review |
| Accepted | Applications the admissions team has accepted |
| Upcoming Interviews | Confirmed interview bookings on or after today |
These cards are read-only — they update automatically as your applications move through stages.
My Applications
The My Applications card lists every application you've started at this organization, newest first. Each row shows:
- The campaign name and your status badge
- The reference number (e.g. APP-00184) — keep this handy when contacting support
- When you submitted or, if not yet submitted, when you created the application
- A small progress bar with the count of completed stages (N / total)
A small arrow on the right of each row indicates the row is clickable.
Continue an application
Click any row in the My Applications list to open that application's portal — you'll land directly on your Application Timeline with the active stage ready to continue. The dashboard remembers nothing extra; the timeline itself shows you what to do next.
If you want to do the work without going through the dashboard, you can also open the application link the institution shared with you originally — it routes to the same place.
Application status badges
The colored badge next to each application name reflects the application's overall state:
| Badge | Meaning |
|---|---|
| In Progress (indigo) | Stages are still open — keep working through them |
| Submitted (blue) | You've submitted the application; the admissions team has not yet reviewed it |
| Under Review (amber) | The admissions team is reviewing your file |
| Accepted (green) | Congratulations — your application was accepted |
| Rejected (red) | The admissions team did not accept this application |
| Waitlisted (purple) | You're on a waitlist for this campaign |
| Cancelled (red) | The application was cancelled (by you or the institution) |
Upcoming Interviews
The bottom-left card lists confirmed interview bookings on or after today. Each row shows the interview title, the campaign it belongs to, and the scheduled date and time.
This card is informational on the dashboard — to join, reschedule, or see the meeting link, open the relevant application and the Personal Interview stage on its timeline.
Pending Actions
The bottom-right card highlights stages that need something from you. The most common type is a Revision Required alert — a form you submitted was sent back for changes.
- The row's icon and background turn amber for revision-required actions.
- A small Revision Required pill appears next to the stage name.
- Click the row to jump straight to that stage on its application timeline, where you can update and resubmit the form.
When everything is up to date, this card shows "You're all caught up!"
Browse new campaigns
The My Applications header has a Browse Campaigns link that opens the candidate Campaigns page — use it whenever you want to start an application at a new campaign at the same institution.
If you have no applications at all yet, the My Applications empty state shows a Browse Available Campaigns link with the same destination.
Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| The dashboard is empty | You haven't started any applications at this organization | Open an application link from the institution, or click Browse Campaigns to find an open one |
| Total Applications is higher than expected | Cancelled or withdrawn applications still count toward the total | This is by design — only the In Progress card filters those out |
| An application you expected is missing | You're signed in to the wrong organization | Switch organizations from the picker at the top of the sidebar |
| The Upcoming Interviews card is empty even though you booked one | The interview is in the past, or the booking hasn't been confirmed | Check the Personal Interview stage on the relevant application — only confirmed future bookings appear here |
| Pending Actions doesn't clear after I resubmitted a form | Re-fetching can take a moment | Refresh the page; if it still shows, the form may have been sent back again — open the application to check |
