Browse Campaigns

Before you start

  • You must be signed in as a candidate. If you don't have an account yet, you'll be prompted to create one when you open an application link.
  • Browsing only shows campaigns from organizations you've already joined. To see a new institution's campaigns, open an application link they've shared (by email or on their website) — that adds you to their organization automatically.

Open the Campaigns page

  1. In the sidebar, open Campaigns (under the Applications section).
  2. The page lists every campaign at your active organization that is either open to apply or where you've already started an application.
  3. The header shows Available Campaigns and a count of how many are listed.

Reading a campaign card

Each card shows:

  • A cover image chosen by the institution. If none is set, the card uses a colored gradient based on the institution's brand color.
  • The campaign name and a short description.
  • A deadline tag in the bottom-left of the card.
  • A Learn More button in the bottom-right — click anywhere on the card to open the campaign's landing page.

Deadline urgency

The deadline tag changes appearance as the deadline gets closer:

7 days or lessClock icon + N days left in red
TomorrowClock icon + Closes tomorrow in red

No deadline setThe tag is hidden

Temporarily unavailable campaigns

A campaign you've already started may briefly switch from Published to Draft or Unpublished while the institution makes changes. When that happens:

  • The card shows a Temporarily unavailable badge in amber at the top.
  • You can still see the card so you know your application exists, but the Learn More link will not let you submit anything new until the campaign is republished.

If your application was already submitted, this status change does not affect it — the admissions team can still review and respond.

Use the Search box at the top of the page to filter cards by campaign name. Search runs as you type, with a short debounce — there's no submit button. Clear the box to see all campaigns again.

Start an application

  1. Click Learn More on the card you want — this opens the campaign's public landing page.
  2. Read the full description, requirements, and any extra information the institution has added.
  3. Click Start Application at the bottom of the landing page.
  4. You'll be taken to your Application Timeline — your new application has been created and the first stage is unlocked.

After the application exists, you can return to it from the Dashboard or the My Applications page — see Your Dashboard below for details.
