Invite a Team Member

Before you start

  • Requires: Admin role. Campaign Managers and Members can't access the Team Members page.
  • You'll need: the invitee's email address.

Steps

  1. In the sidebar, open Team Members.
  2. In the invite form at the top, enter the invitee's Email Address.
  3. Pick a Role from the dropdown — Member, Campaign Manager, or Admin. See Choosing a role below.
  4. Click Generate Link. BrightStep emails the invitation to that address and shows an Invitation Created card with the same link.
  5. (Optional) Click Copy Link to share it through another channel — Slack, WhatsApp, or your own email client — for example if the invitee can't find the system email.
